1. Who We Are

KamKod is a RevOps and automation consultancy operated by Alex Prévot (“we”, “us”, “KamKod”). We serve clients primarily in France, the European Union, and Southeast Asia.

As the operator of this website and the party determining how your personal data is processed, KamKod acts as the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What Data We Collect and Why

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, political opinions, etc.) and we do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiries & leads — 3 years from last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Client records & invoices — 10 years (French legal obligation).
• Analytics data — 13 months (HubSpot default), then anonymised.
• Payment data — Managed by Stripe under their own retention policy; we do not store card details.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We use the following sub-processors, all bound by adequate data protection agreements:

• HubSpot, Inc. (CRM, forms, meetings, analytics) — US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses
• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing) — US, SCC
• Google LLC (email via Gmail, calendar) — US, SCC
• Anthropic / OpenAI (AI features used internally) — no client personal data shared

We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies placed by HubSpot for analytics and form functionality. No third-party advertising cookies are used. A consent banner is displayed on first visit for non-essential cookies. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email team@kamkod.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: CNIL.

7. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS across all pages, access controls, and use of reputable platforms with their own security certifications. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do our best.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
