Our story

We built KamKod because
we needed it ourselves.

KamKod was founded in 2019 — not in a boardroom, but out of necessity. Running our own ventures, we kept hitting the same wall every growing operation hits: too many disconnected tools, too much manual work, too little visibility. We didn’t hire consultants. We built the systems ourselves.

Those systems worked. They saved dozens of hours a week, eliminated entire categories of errors, and gave us the kind of operational clarity that most teams only dream about. Other businesses noticed and started asking us to do the same for them.

That’s KamKod. A consultancy born from real operational pain — not from a career in consulting. We’ve operated businesses, managed teams, and lived with the consequences of bad systems. That context shapes everything we build.

Today we operate across three continents — Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia — working with high-growth teams that need systems built with the same rigour we’d apply to our own.

Alex started his career as a senior developer in an IT services firm, where he learned to build complex systems under real pressure. But the question that always nagged at him wasn’t how to build — it was why systems were architected the way they were, and whether they actually served the business they were meant to support.

That question led him to RevOps consulting at a HubSpot Diamond Partner agency, where he spent years inside the growth machines of scaling companies. He learned to read a business before reading its tech stack. Today he brings that dual lens — senior engineering rigour and operational business understanding — to every KamKod engagement.

Léa spent ten years running operations and logistics processes for complex organisations — the kind of environments where a missed handoff costs real money and a broken process cascades across an entire supply chain. She knows what it feels like when systems fail at scale, and what it takes to redesign them so they don’t.

She brought that operational discipline to data science and AI — combining a decade of knowing how processes break with the technical tools to rebuild them entirely. At KamKod, she leads the data and AI practice: pragmatic, production-ready systems, not proof-of-concepts that never ship.
